　　中国香港影视演员,武术指导、导演。原名林根宝。生于香港。与尊龙毕业于同一春秋戏曲学校。17岁起作为替身演员进入电影界。多次为女演员郑枫枫当替身演员而传为佳话。19岁时为李小龙出演的《唐山大兄》The Big Boss 1971，《精武门》Fist of Fury 1972等片当武术指导助手。80年代进入洪金宝门下，任武术指导。在《人吓人》The Dead and the Deadly 1983、《奇谋妙计五福星》Winner & Sinners 1983、《灵幻先生》Mr.Vampire Ⅲ 1987、《东方秃鹰》Eastern Condors 1987等片中出演配角，其中在《败家仔》The Prodigal Son 1981、《七小福》Painted Faces 1988二片中的演技受好评。80年代他还主演了“僵尸”系列电影中道士的角色。1983年获第二届香港金像奖最佳武术指导奖。1984年为《奇谋妙计五福星》任武术指导，获第三届香港金像奖最佳武术指导奖。1988年执导影片《一眉道人》Mr.Vampire Ⅴ 1989。1994年执导《青峰侠》。([URL=http://www.cnmdb.com/name/126/bio]详细资料[/URL])
